What you need to know about The Bushcraft Show 2026?

When is it? Who is going? Where is it? Prices!! And what is there to do?

The infamous Lofty Wiseman at a previous Show.
The infamous Lofty Wiseman at a previous Show.

I have to admit I did not attend this year's Bushcraft Show and I've actually never been before!

Being quite a solitary person and not always favoring large crowds, I've never gone myself. I can tell you one thing though, every time I see pics from it, I wish I had, and I'm definitely going to next year's event. I am NOT missing out on the fun again, and with years going by increasingly quickly, it seems it may be a good time now to start planning the trip as it's a whole year from now in Summer 2026!

The dates of the event are from May 22nd - May 25th 2026

It looks awesome and is a place to learn, have fun, connect with people you may know on your friends list on Facebook, and shop for your favorite products all in one. I personally think it's awesome that all kids go FREE as well.

I think the industry in general will benefit from this, and we can all pass down more knowledge to the younger generations and create and sustain a passion for the outdoors and primitive crafts and practices.

I feel like the world needs more of this for children. A life that no longer embraces old traditions and practices, to me, is a world that has lost touch. Children need to be outside and experience all the gifts nature has to give - end of story!

Theres absolutely tonnes to do, it really does look awesome, there is literally too much to show in a blog post so heres a link to all the different things going and what you can get involved with - what’s on.

I can you tell you now it’s way more than you ever would have thought!!

So where is it? In 2026 The Bushcraft Show will be hosted in the Beautiful surroundings of Stanford Hall, Lutterworth down Near Swindon.

Heres what the event planners have to say about the location - The surrounding ancient parkland with two beautiful lakes, is alive with nature and wildlife and presents majestic oak tree lined avenues which radiate out from the Hall into 700 acres of private park and estate. The most prominent of the radiating eight oak avenues is the North Avenue that stretches from the lawns at the back of the Hall to as far as the eye can see. The park was first landscaped and oak avenues planted in 1700. Many original oak trees survive today.

This very special venue is only open to the public occasionally, and visitors of The Bushcraft Show are in for an absolute treat! The main show ground all fits within one squre kilometer surrounded by trees and water, you’ll be able to temporarily forget the stresses of the outside world and relax into a weekend of bushcraft.

The Bushcraft Show

Let me just intervene - this really isn't a sales pitch and I'm in no way affiliated with the bushcraft show or magazine, but it does sort of want to sell itself to me if I'm honest. Even though the prices seem maybe expensive for a family, when you look at what you are getting for a whole weekend, it's actually really cheap! I think I'm going to book mine today as the early bird tickets run out tomorrow. I have literally just messaged my Mrs. to say we need to book!

So guys, with everything on offer at The Bushcraft Show 2026 i really hope you make the right decision and get some tickets, from what ive seen of previous years from people i speak to in the Industry, its a real blast, and if this is your thing then i highly doubt you will be dissapointed!!
